Robin Aleman joined SCAPR’s Secretariat in July 2026 as Information Systems Consultant. Working alongside SCAPR’s IT Coordinator, Julio César Álvarez, Robin contributes to the coordination, development and continuous improvement of SCAPR’s Information Systems. His role covers a broad range of activities, including supporting the development of new functionalities, monitoring system performance, coordinating technical projects, and ensuring the reliability of the tools.
Robin graduated from the École des Mines d’Alès as an IT Systems and Network Engineer.
Before joining SCAPR, Robin worked from 2020 to 2026 as IT Program Manager at SAI (La Société des Artistes Interprètes), where he managed the building of its information system and developed its core business application, covering rights collection, distribution, documentation and allocation. In recent years, he focused in particular on the statutory remuneration right known as Annual Supplementary Remuneration (ASR). His broader career spans more than a decade of international IT project management, and prior to join, he had already collaborated with SCAPR on the integration of IPD/VRDB into SAI’s infrastructure.
